Il treno partiva alle ore 08:30 dalla stazione di Campo Di Marte, a Firenze. Appena la sera prima avevo salutato mio fratello e finito di sistemare lo zaino da 65L per l'avventura che mi stava aspettando. Ero "pronto". La notte era passata velocemente... come se non avessi dormito. Io, ed i miei genitori, arriviamo in stazione alle 8 puntuali, attraversando Firenze in uno dei pochi (e violenti) temporali estivi.
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. This class has a gift-omiyage, you can choose one " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "J apanese Apron"! Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

Absolutely amazing and fun experience! My friend and I signed up for this last minute, the day of, and it ended up being just us two in the 6 PM class. We made the ramen from scratch (noodles and broth) and the instructor, Nori, was so sweet and helpful. She made me feel like a master chef (and believe me, I can’t cook). She answered all our questions and periodically took pictures for us. It was so much fun. I highly recommend this for any ramen lover or even otherwise as a cool thing to do in Japan. We got to keep the ramen factory headband that we used during the class and got to pick between a ramen bowl, apron, shirt, or another headband as our souvenir. I picked the “no ramen no life” bowl. We also got a certificate at the end with our picture commemorating the experience and encouraging us to spread the ramen love which I certainly will. If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Try it out. You won’t regret it!
Terrific experience, fun host and enjoyable time. Its not a "factory" but didn't matter. Definitely enjoyed and would certainly recommend.
This was one of our most favourite things we did in Kyoto! The staff were friendly and fun, we learnt so much and best of all, the ramen was delicious!
Making ramen with Mai was such a great time! She was so energetic and passionate about her job that it really made the experience one of the most unforgettable. The ramen was absolutely delicious.
My daughter and I signed up for the Ramen making class with Alisa. She was very patient and gave great instructions on how to make ramen. We both enjoyed Alisa's sense of humour and appreciated all the pictures she took for us during our session. The end result was delicious! We would highly recommend this activity for anyone who enjoys cooking.
